So this is the 2nd Day of 30 for 30 where I spend 30 mins a day in the word/prayer/worship for 30 days. I am doing Our Daily Journey: A 30-Day Walk With Jesus and it doesn’t take that long to read through. Which is why I thought I’d add a little more to it.

I may have bitten off more than I can chew with the New Thru 30 devotional. Why would think that a devotional on reading the entire new testament would not involve much reading? I thought they would skip through the New Testament sort of skimming through the best parts.
I’m such a dork sometimes.

I want to keep a healthy balance between work, spiritual and home life. I’m still working on that.

In my devotional today I really loved these verses from Isaiah because I found it very uplifting

Isaiah 40:29-31 (NKJV)
29 He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,They shall walk and not faint.

I hope that is uplifting for you as well and that you are renewed each day
