Happy Tuesday! Today is a mini makeup declutter of makeup I thought was cruelty free (thank you if you were somebody who pointed out some of these makeup products were not cruelty free), makeup that didn't work for me, and an old makeup product that I should have thrown out a while ago. This is a quick cruelty free makeup declutter that I wanted to share with you in case you are also cruelty free so that I could give you a headups on a few of these brands and a few items that didn't work for me. Huda Beauty is unfortunately kind of deceptive with their cruelty free status. They say they are cruelty free but unfortunately they sell mink lashes which I do not consider cruelty free despite many brands claiming they are. I will not go into the details in this post but I included several sources down below for you to click on to learn more about the process if you are interested in that! I also thought Boscia and Origins were cruelty free. Both of those brands screamed cruelty free to me and I received a product from each brands as Employee gratis when I worked at Sephora. The Origins product is quiet comical actually! I tried out and it's a tinted moisturizer that is supposed to work for everyone (no shades or anything). It starts out white and then blends into the skin. As you can see on my hands - it was too warm and dark on me. I think if you have a light medium or medium skin tone it might blend into your skin beautifully though! Thank you so much for watching my quick cruelty free makeup declutter!
