FLARE Me Light is best for girls/guys with really light hair already (level 7 or above) or those who are ok w/ pre-lightening. He should say this is permanent, bold color for any starting level.

Please make sure to ALWAYS follow the instructions when using hair chemicals! In terms of Clariol Flare Me Light make sure you read the insturctions on the inside of the box! Follow these ratios when mixing your Clairol Flare Me Dyes:

Regular Color
1 Part Flare Me Dye to 1 Part Volume 10 Developer

Clearly You Pastelizer
First, mix 1 part Flare Me Color Dye to 3 Parts Clearly You
Then take the Clearly You & Color Mixture and mix to 1 part Volume 10 Developer
