In today's video ... I am testing out the 2018 Ford F150 Lariat edition truck. My Chevy Silverado is in the shop for new tires, so I had to drive this. I also complete a morning run, and try to get back on track for working out early in the morning. After work I completed a leg day workout using the Sworkit application on my iphone.
