Holy moly I love how our Halloween tutorials have turned out this year! We are so indebted to Jen and her crazy skills for the makeup tutorial--we had SUCH a great time putting all of these together!
We hope you've been able to find some great Halloween costume ideas from our last THREE joint tutorials! Two on our channel, and one on Jen's! GALADRIEL COSTUME:

Dress: Amazon -LINK ON OUR BLOG!
Headpiece: from a dance costume tiara (and turned upside down!) There are great DIY tutorials on YouTube for making one.
Necklace: Large button from Hobby Lobby threaded on embroidery thread.
Belt: Silver rope/cord from Hobby Lobby
Phial of Galadriel: Small apothecary bottle from H.L. and filled with water and food coloring. (this was a tricky process to get the blue JUST RIGHT!)

GALADRIEL HAIR:
I used a Conair waver to wave all her hair. One thing not shown in the video is I spray each layer with thermal protectant and hairspray. This helps give each section definition and smoothness. After I wave a section and it's cooled, I gently pull the sections apart, but I do not brush through them.
