So excited to be sharing my favorite cruelty free eyeshadow palettes and these are also some of the best eyeshadow palettes under $20 simultaneously. Eyeshadow is my very favorite part of makeup and I love sharing the best drugstore eyeshadow palettes I can because I'm all about finding a great deal. I think the Hard Candy Look Pro Neutral Eyes Palette is one of the top neutral eyeshadow palettes that I've ever tried! It leans a bit more cool and it's a great palette for soft, everyday eyeshadow. If you prefer a warmer palette I would try the Makeup Revolution Reloaded Newtrals 2 which has corals, peach, berries, browns, and pinks! It has a very full spectrum of warm, beautiful shades! If you are interested in some fun pops of color I highly recommend the Nickelodeon Eyeshadow Palette from Hot Topic! I've been very impressed overall and you get a lot of unique shades.
