- New videos can be found here weekly. As a military lifestyle vlogger I want to take you with me on my journey through life, and my career with the Army National Guard. I live my life to the fullest, and work as hard as possible to represent the ARMY values in every aspect of my life.

In today's video I was able to get back in the gym for the first time. Today the focus was a back workout, and we also completed 2 miles of cardio on the treadmill. I had to attend the Junior Enlisted Symposium, which provided me with information on leadership, promotion, and career progression in the ARMY.
