In today's video I am showing you how to create this brown halo eye makeup look with the ABH Norvina palette. This is only my second makeup tutorial with this Anastasia Beverly Hills palette; however, I have used this palette quite a lot off camera when I was at Disney World. I really like the palette so far. I don't have any issues with the Norvina palette and there is not too much fall out.
