You can totally leave out the pumpkin if you don't like it, but with pumpkin pie spice it definitely tastes pumpkin-y. This is a super simple and very easy instant pot oatmeal recipe so I hope you like it! I meal prep all of the dry ingredients ahead of time so it's even quicker when I'm making my pumpkin oatmeal, and I freeze any leftovers in a silicone muffin pan.
