Counting 1300 calories for what I eat in a day, doing pancakes, having fries, making my favourite dressing and living my best life between 2PM - 9PM. I only weight everything for the sake of calorie counting, these are not recipes (lol, 42g grams of this 51g of that).

I'm on WEEK 2 and I've lost one pound. I'm at 152 lbs, when before I was coming in at 153-157 lbs depending on the time of day. I also took measurements for my waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs - which I will retake in 4 weeks.

BREAKFAST 366 cal
1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup oats, protein powder, vanilla extract, cinamon, baking powder, salt, water, mapple syrup natural peanut butter, apple (I sometimes add an egg, skip the protein powder, or have almond milk instead of water)

"LUNCH" 262 cal
kale, corriander, raspberries (weigh before washing), apple , cucumber, walnut, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar

DINNER 473 cal

SNACK 188 cal
