Hey Love Bugs!!! Today I was a lazy little lady when it was time to workout so I decided to just pick a workout routine from YouTube and follow the exercises myself. This is something I do quite a bit when I just don't want to plan out my own workout so I thought it would be fun to film it too! I hope you guys enjoy this dumbbell only booty building leg workout. It was intense and I definitely felt a burn. I love that the workout hit glutes, hamstrings and quads and included glute activation for a nice, complete leg workout. I hope you guys enjoy the vid!
