cookie recipe
make 1 vegan egg (many ways to do this)
1/2 of any nut butter
honey or agave (didn't measure) but it’s about 1/2 cup
dark chocolate chips (didn't measure) brand is enjoy life
salted caramel cocoa (4 blocks) brand is loving earth
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
preheat to 350
bake for 13 min
if saving half for dough add in coconut shreds (to dry up the recipe) and maca (for health benefits)
vegan tuna fish
mash chickpeas (depends how much you want anywhere from 1 cup or 1/2 cup...having left overs is nice)
add in celery + white onion (I didn't measure )
mustard
salt + pepper or garlic salt
nutritional yeast
MIX TOGETHER
add on top of crackers (or anything)
top with tomato + avocado
Pink smoothie
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
scoop of protein powder
