16/8 Intermittent Fasting | 45 day introduction

I've been doing 16/8 intermittent fasting (sometimes 18/6) for the past month and a half. I normally break my fast at 1pm and start it by 7pm-9pm.
Show More I've been doing 16/8 intermittent fasting (sometimes 18/6) for the past month and a half. I normally break my fast at 1pm and start it by 7pm-9pm.

Other variables:
Age: 30 years old (no kids)
Height: 5'6.5 or 167cm
Weight: 153 - 157lbs or 69.4 - 71.2KG

I wasn't calorie counting but generally speaking, I'm careful about what I eat i.e.
- no fruit juices or sodas
- less processed foods
- more vegetables and lean meats
- limited dairy

I'm not entirely concious of my calorie intake, which definitely hinders my ability to lose weight especially since I'm not working out. However, it is worth mentioning that working out does make you hungrier.

I'm currently at my "plateau" weight - I tend to gravitate around this weight on the scale if I'm neither overeating or undereating. I plan on introducing a more structure plan, now that I've grown accustomed to IF.
