I know what your thinking… you brought your SICK KID TO THE PARK!! Yes, I would say the same… maybe after hearing the facts, but we live 3 hours away (not including traffic), and before we left the room her temperature was normal, she wasn’t sweating, or shaking.. basically she exhibited signs of a sinus infection (which can raise your temperature). The room was hotter than it should have been, so after we lowered the temperature the sweating went away. Her eyes were tearing, she was sneezing with dripping nose… sounded like a sinus infection to us. We would never danger the park by bringing her IF she exhibited any other type of signs like throwing up, fever not dropping, etc!

As of today, she is doing just fine! No serious concerns! Our bodies are amazing you know.. They have the power to heal itself, and when you eat the right foods your body is able perform at its maximum capacity! I’m thankful for mother nature, and all the healing foods that God has provided for us. I know I sound like a hippie (hippies are cool by the way), but its true!

BTW, Zari’s actual birthday is May 2nd, so we took this little trip with our friends to celebrate it early. Next week’s vlog will include what we did on her birthday. We hope to see you there!

❤️Our 100% REAL LIFE PROMISE TO YOU:
It’s not always organized or clean over here (my office is almost never organized), and we have dog fur on our couch. Zari toys aren’t always put away and her stash is a little over the top, we know. I think it’s time to donate soon (which she gladly does often). I don’t always wear makeup and even when I do I still look tired LOL! We eat plant based with a focus on alkaline foods (Dr. Sebi teachings), but we do not label ourselves as vegan. We live in a much smaller house compared to our other home, so our home I quite cozy and a little full LOL. Despite the tightness, we are blessed and thankful to have a roof over our head. You will see sand a lot, and that’s because we live on an army base in a remote part of the southern California desert. You will not see our families a lot… they live on the east coast. We aren’t perfect, and I won’t try to pretend like we are, but that’s the beauty of life! We look different, think different, live different… imagine if a bunch of different people were friends! We could all learn from one another… learn different cultures and, ideologies… we could “end” stereotyping then work side by side to make this world a better place! *I’m such a hopeful person* *I believe we can do better and we will do better*
