Hi guys! I hope your day is going well! I'm excited to be sharing my long hair care routine 2019. I frequently get questions in person or on social media about my hair - Is it naturally that color? (nope!), how long is it?, how do you take care of it?, what products do you recommend for long hair care?, etc. I thought I would sit down and answer a bunch of questions about how to grow long hair and my hair care routine to get long hair. My hair care products tend to change but these are the hair care products that I'm really enjoying. I still haven't found the perfect shampoo & conditioner for a cruelty free hair care routine but everything else that I use in my hair is cruelty free and a favorite. I thought it would make most sense to talk about the details of my hair care routine and cruelty free hair care products along with my tips for how to grow long hair. I do several steps with my hair to protect it from damage (involving heat, sleeping, etc.) which I also discussed in today's video. I am of the belief that the best way to grow long hair is to protect your hair constantly and cut down on damage. What are you tips for how to grow healthy long hair?
