HELPFUL TIPS:
* I prefer hot glue for all my crafts, BUT it will not last for most plastic and metal projects. If you’re not crafting for fun like me, extend the life of your DIYS by using industrial strength glue.
*The texture of the pot makes it hard to draw a straight line, so do the best you can.
* CAUTION when using the burning tool! Do not keep the tool in one place too long. I also use an air venting system anytime I craft.
*An abrasive piece of sand paper or even an electric one is recommended to level out the bottom. the sciossors work as well
*Make sure your popsicle sticks are evenly trimmed for a seamless look
*When spray painting the top part, I didn’t cover the inside. I like the unintentional paint left on the inside.
* You don’t have to paint the beads like it did… sometimes I tend to overthink my crafts lol
* If you want to glue in the bottom, I would add it to the bottom once it’s in place. This way the inside will remain untouched.

* BUYING IN BULK: Go to Hobby lobby Joann Fabrics, or check Amazon, Etsy, and buy in bulk for gems, trim, beads and pearls! Buying at Dollar Tree isn’t always the cheapest option. I bought 1 pound of gems and pearls for $8 when they were 50% off and I paid $7 for of gems at joann when they were 70% off. MATERIALS (From Dollar Tree, see exceptions):
2 textured flower pots
Sand paper
Gold Floral wire
8 wooden beads
32 wide popsicle sticks
Slim stick (Dollar tree oil fragrance stick)
White and Caramel brown paint (Walmart)
Paint brush
Wood burning tool (Walmart $9.88)
Chalk white spray paint (micheals)

Something sharp to cut
Hot glue or other (large one from amazon, small one from hobby lobby)
Something to write with
Cardboard
