HELPFUL TIPS:
* I prefer hot glue for all my crafts, BUT it will not last for most plastic and metal projects. If you’re not crafting for fun like me, extend the life of your DIYS by using industrial strength glue.
DIY #1:
*I did 2 solid coats of spray paint. I placed mod podge on top for shine and to seal! I noticed that my spray paint chips easily on plastic, so that why I did this
* To remove the hardware on the frame, bend the sides upwards and slide it through the opening. You can also paint this piece white but I like the contrast
* When ironing, seal the edges before moving to the next step. You can also use crystal clear tape instead of the iron!
DIY #2:
* You can add new words to the carrots and use the entire thing or do what I did!
*Trace the bunny, right side UP and you wont have to scrap the paper off :) I could have traced it again, but I like to work harder LOL.
*I did a triple knot on each backside
DIY #3:
*The bunny has some filling inside already but not enough to make it a pillow. I reused stuffing from an old DIY pillow.
* I used glue to prevent the seam from further ripping and make an opening large enough for my hand
*I wanted the ears floppy, so I didn’t add stuffing in there
DIY #4:
*Initially I did a scalloped edge, but didn’t like the way it look, so I did a bunny ear cut out.
* I traced the full bunny, but changed my mind and used the head only
* You can try to spray paint first then make the dots. I also randomly made dots on the backside
* You can also use plastic for this candle holder
*USE A LED LIGHT ONLY

* BUYING IN BULK: Go to Hobby lobby Joann Fabrics, or check Amazon, Etsy, and buy in bulk for gems, trim, beads and pearls! Buying at Dollar Tree isn’t always the cheapest option. I bought 1 pound of gems and pearls for $8 when they were 50% off and I paid $7 for of gems at joann when they were 70% off. Small pliers
Wax paper

Burlap bunny wall décor
Pillow stuffing
Gems (SEE NOTE ABOVE)
Heart gem for nose
Recycled paper cup or other
Bunny template (google bunny silhouette)
Thumbtack
Push LED ligh
Something sharp to cut
Hot glue (large one from amazon, small one from hobby lobby)
OR
Stronger glue
Something to write with
