Hi Friends! I figured it was time to do another depression/anxiety check in, as I have been feeling more myself and better than ever the last couple of months. It has been SO great feeling motivated and positive again, I didnt realize how much I missed it! It's been so great to really know the signs of a depression episode, and how to make the most of it and find motivation again.
