I had not done a full face makeup tutorial in a HOT SECOND and I couldn't be any more excited about this look! It's neon, fun, vibrant and perfect for Summer! This is definitely giving me some 80s, Cyndi Lauper vibes topped off with some metallic glitter fun! *squeals*

I believe it will be a MAJOR trend in 2019, SO many fun products have been launching already and I'm here for them all!

Why is this video so long... I really wanted to take the time to explain each step and go in depth as to why they are all important.
