Hey loves!!! In today's fit vlog I'm very excited to have you guys join me on the packing struggle. I tried to get some what I eat in a day realness in this video for you guys but I just ran out of time - why are there only 24 hours in a day?! I'm still following an intuitive eating/ flexible dieting and just trying to eat clean. I track my macros on some day and pretty much stick to iifym mindset for now. I was dealing with a lot of bloating in the workout portion of this video (2 days before my period was starting) but decided to post anyway because, really, it's just life and as women, it's just something we deal with.
We'll also have some girl time chit chat and a full leg and glute workout. We're hitting quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves in this one so get ready to feel it the next day. I promise it's worth it, xoxo
FULL WORKOUT
Barbell Squats:
20lbs 15 reps
30lbs 12 reps
50lbs 8 reps
70lbs 6 reps
70lbs 5 reps
SUPERSET
Straight leg barbell deadlift into
Good Mornings
5 sets with 6-12 reps per set
SUPERSET
Seated Leg Press into
Seated Calf Raises
5 sets with 8-12 reps per set
Seated Leg Curl
5 sets with 6-12 reps per set
SUPERSET
Seated Leg Extension (both legs) into
Single leg extensions
5 sets of 8-12 reps per set for double,
for single leg I did 5 reps per leg for each set
SUPERSET
Hip Adductions and Abductions
*I tracked my reps/sets but not the specific weight for each move (although I totally should have for my own personal records) but specific weight does not matter. You guys should choose a weight that is challenging, yet manageable for a full set of at least 8-12 reps for the first few sets. For your last set or two choose a weight where you can complete 4-8 reps with good form. xoxo
