My Starbucks order on this particular day:
iced cinnamon dolce latte---
1 pump sf cinnamon dolce
1 pump sf vanilla
almond milk
extra shot of espresso

and a Protein Box

FOR LUNCH/SNACK:
Emmys coconut cookie
Cinnamon Toast rice cake
topped with Wallaby zero added sugar greek yogurt
Synergy kombucha

FOR DINNER:
two black bean veggie patties (i prefer the trader joe's brand MUCH MORE)

PSA: i'm aware this isn't the most well balanced meal and i def should have incorporated veggies BUT it was brutally honest and a total off day while i stayed in an airbnb
