To Start do a final wash with a sulphate shampoo and and condition with your silicone free conditioner

SILICONES TO AVOID, investigate anything that ends in xane, cone, conol and col. There are a few fragrances that are ok that end in one (so confusing)Here are some common silicones:
- dimethicone
- amodimethicone
- cyclopentasiloxane
- cyclomethicone
-dimethiconol

Then move onto your curling products there is no right and wrong here it is trial and error and seeing what works for your curl pattern and hair. The first half a year is frustrating until you start seeing some definition. Patience is key here.

I'm nearly a year in and my hair is still transitioning. But i just wanted to share some things that have worked for me. I cut my hair myself. I only was once a week my hair is in the best condition it has ever been in after years of bleach abuse.
