This video is about my 5 weeks postpartum care essentials that will help you achieve a speedy and full recovery. I am not a doctor so please verify with your doctor first before using these products, but they worked wonders for me and helped me recover from my episiotomy. I also show a clip of my postpartum belly at 5 and a half weeks. I am super happy with where I am and how my belly looks, obviously it's not a priority but it does help you feel better through the postpartum period. These tips are for natural vaginal birth so please verify if you had a c-section birth.
