EX: 183K subs but only 400 views
Her youtube sub.view ratio is still sketchy

I think the way to help avoid the issue is uploading a thumbnail before publishing your video. The best thing to do is schedule and plan it all in advanced. But I can't be certain if that solves the issue because I've seen it happening to others as well.
