THE WORKOUT:
30 seconds per exercise, each exercise performed back to back, 1-2 minutes rest between circuits. Complete 3-4 rounds of all circuits.
Circuit 1:
-Step up to reverse lunge
-Reverse lunge to squat to reverse lunge
-Press ups
Circuit 2:
- Jumping squats
- Alternate foot/hand crunch
- Single leg hamstring push up (definitely made up that name)
Circuit 3:
- Glute bridge
- Ab crunch
- High knees
