2018 has been a year of self-discovery for me; I learned to prioritize my sanity, took care of myself mentally, really invested time in understanding the importance of and practicing self-love. I detached from things that no longer gave me that same happiness it once did, decided to travel to learn how to take a break, practiced gratitude, and most importantly learned how to say no to things.

The new year is a great beginning to get your wishes into actions, to convert your dreams into reality; it takes a lot of self-discipline to work it out mentally and physically but know that you can do it.
This year decide to create more, learn more, cut off toxic relationships because it's so comforting to hold onto it. The reason we feel a set back when things don’t work out the way you hoped it would is that we associate happiness with that person or thing. When you realise you don’t need someone else to make you happy, you’ll move forward. You’re the reason for your happiness and or sadness, so take care of you first. Make 2019 the best year of your life 💕
