Does the water bottle hair hack actually work? Is this a MUCH cheaper alternative to the Dyson hair wrap?

Please note, our model wasn't wearing any hair extensions during this water bottle hair hack video.

Instructions:
- Remove the top section of an empty plastic water bottle.
- Draw a small rectangle in the middle of the bottle and remove this section.
- Apply a heat protectant on your hair.
- Place some hair inside of the bottle (the amount can vary depending on your hair type).
- With your hairdryer, blow in hot air for around 30-45 seconds (again, the amount of time can vary depending on hair type)
