Show More I'm sharing my bra fitting experience and what hapened when I started wearing the right size bra a month ago. I went from , from 34C to 32F/30FF. 😲😲

In November, I measured my underbust again after wearing 32F for a month. I went from 31.25" to 30.5" and because of this, I prefer a 30 band depending on the brand and whether the band is stiff or not.

For example, I recently purchased a Wacoal 32G because the band was stiff and tight fitting. After doing a swoop and scoop in the 32G, there was no wrinkling in the cup - which means it's alright by me. I could easily where a 32DDDD/F to 32G depending on the model.

I was referring to US sizes in this video but it's best to find your UK size and work from there. UK sizing is much more consistent.

For referrence sake, my sizes:
UK 30F/ FF or 32E/ F
US 30G/ H or 32F/ G
EU 65G
