I found some new info for you guys that I thought may be interesting. BAck in March Lilumia started an Indiegogo campaign and raised over $12,000 to manufacture this brush cleaning machine. All the while the pre-order sale for the machine was still going on and was supposed to launch in June/July. Even after emails were sent out pushing the launch back they gained this money for the machine in May and still collected pre-order orders well after the Indiegogo campaign was over. The company was obviously not prepared to launch and instead of just canceling to protect their customers they attempted to get ahead and got lost.

In better news, I did receive my refund for my order. I was shocked when a lady commented on my other video detailing her issue with getting her refund. If your order is outside of 160 days depending on your banking institution and if you used PayPal you may not get a refund. I highly encourage everyone to do everything in their power to get their refunds back. According to the comment though. It could take up to 3 to 5 weeks to process refunds because of the time that has passed and the banking institution.
