WORKOUT:
Front Squat 4 sets/ 12 reps
Alternate Lunge 4 sets/ 12 reps (per leg)
Goblet Squat 4 sets / 15 reps
Curtsy Lunge 4 sets / 10 reps (per leg)
Donkey Kicks 4 sets/ 15 reps (per leg)
Glute Bridge 4 sets/ 15-20 reps
Hip Abduction (standing or lying) 4 sets / 12-15 reps
Jumping Squats AMRAP (as many reps as possible!) 3 sets
