To celebrate Chinese New Year, I'm making a traditional dish called Lo Bak Go otherwise known as Chinese Turnip Cake! This is a very popular dish to make during the Lunar New Year. My grandpa taught me this recipe and I'm so excited to bring you guys along with me as I make Chinese turnip cake for the first time!
Ingredients:
2 lbs of Daikon
4 Chinese Sausage Links
1 Packet of Chinese Bacon (regular flavor) - 2 strips
1 Bag of Rice Flour
3 Tablespoons of Dried Shrimp
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons of White Pepper Powder
4 Garlic Cloves
