Hey Love Bugs!!! Let's kick of Season 2 of my new-ish series: Fit Vlogs. I had a blast filming these vids for you guys last year and they definitely evolved in style in the short period of time I've been creating these. I'm excited to see where this new year will take these vlogs - not just filming/editing style but physically as well! To kick off the new year and this new season, today I'm sharing my 5 tips to get fit this new year. I'm also getting really honest and personal when I share my physique update. I went through a lot of ups and downs regarding how I felt about my weight gain. For the MOST part I was okay with it and happy to take a break from over-scrutinizing my workouts and diet. I knew I could jump back into it at any time and get back on track. However, when I actually got on the scale and saw the number... I had a moment guys. And I shared that moment with you! Thankfully, I have since gotten it together again lol. The initial shock of the number on the scale has passed and I'm just excited to keep improving my body and health each day and sharing it all with you guys! Love you always!
