Recipe notes!
make sure to fully cook the flour in the butter (until brown)
fettuccine pasta is cooked for 8 to 10 minutes
if you use raw shrimp cook it longer with the sauce until cooked.
while making alfredo sauce make sure to keep stirring slowly on low heat after adding the shredded cheese.
NOTE: i did not use all the cheese for my sauce...its all in the taste! TASTE AS YOU GO!
