I thought this would be the perfect video to shoot since we are knee deep in summer. Keeping your skin protected with SPF during summer is SUPER important. In this video I breakdown the difference between Chemical SPF vs. Physical SPF and why the difference matters.

I apologize if an confusion mid-way. I was going to call out SPF's on my "Good List" and my "Naughty List". I ended up cutting out the "naughty list" SPF's. I wanted to keep the video positive and only highlight the good SPF's, rather than speak badly about any brand.
