How To Make Snowball Christmas Cookies

I love the holiday season and all the yummy treats I get to make this time of year. Today I made classic Snowball cookies. Some people may know them as Mexican Wedding Cakes, or Russian Teacakes. These cookies are one of my favorites to make every year. They have minimal ingredients which make them super easy to make. What cookies do you like to make around the holidays?

*Recipe*
1 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4cup all purpose flour
Plus 1 cup powdered sugar for coating the cookies
