As I said in my video, these are just 4 of my favourite ab excercises to do at home 4-5 times a week. Here they are described again:
1) Side crunches- For this exercise elevate your feet so they are a foot or so off of the ground. Then do side crunches touching one side of the floor and then the other. Repeat this 8-12 times depending on your fitness level.
2) Bicycle- Lie flat on your back with your arms and head on the floor, and move your feet in a motion as if you were pedalling a bicycle. Repeat 12 times.
3) Toe touches- Hold your feet so they are up in the air above you (without locking your knees). Reach up with your hands and attempt to touch your toes. This is like a normal sit up, but more difficult. Do 8-12 times.
4) Plank- Prop yourself up on your elbows (and arms) and your balls of your feet. Keep your butt and back level with one another, and do your best to hold this position for 1 minute.
As I said in my video, these exercises target your upper, middle, side, and lower abs. Repeat each exercise 2 times each:)
