RECIPE:
3 lbs ground beef
2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilis
2 cans diced tomatoes, unseasoned
2 cans chili beans
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (1/2 can per batch)
2 large onions, diced
4 cloves garlic, smashed and skins removed
Small pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon chipotle chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flake
1 teaspoon paprika
Dash of turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup - 1/3 cup water
