Passion Fruit Panna Cotta ~ http://bit.ly/2HfgejE
Ingredients I used to make 4 servings:
1 packet Knox powder gelatine
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
2/3 cups sugar
5 passion fruits
- Make panna cotta
- Pour into individual serving bowls
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight
- Make passion fruit sauce (strain seeds out)
- Chill overnight -- it still remains a liquidy texture when chilled so you can pour it over the panna cotta when ready to serve!
