Hiii Love Bugs! Over the years I've learned that it is super important to track your workouts and diet. This has helped me so much in the past to reflect on my weekly workouts and eating habits and see what I'm doing right and what I can tweak for the following week. Keeping track every step of the way has helped me to lose weight fast because I've been able to catch myself slipping right away and get right back on track! This is seriously key for me when training. I found this Daily Greatness Training planner and decided to give it a try and I really liked the look and format of the journal.
