Hi guys! Today I thought I´d share a few tips and tricks on how to not frost a cupcake. I am not a professional but I´ve frosted and ruined a bunch of cupcakes and I learned few tips and tricks along the way. I know how frustrating it can be to have expectations vs. reality moments specially when you put effort, time, money and you and others are counting on the cupcakes as the dessert of the day for a gathering, etc. I´ve never thrown away a simple cupcake, for sure, but I have squashed some with my hand when they are not looking how I want them to look. Hopefully this helps you avoid having sad little squashed cupcakes in the kitchen counter!
