Hey guys! Thank you so much for joining me on my #FitWithJack journey. In today’s video I’m taking baby steps to get back into running by running 1 mile. That may not be much to some people but for me it was definitely a challenge because my body just isn’t use to running like that anymore. I enjoyed challenging myself like this because at the end of the week I felt so good and I actually ran my fastest mile of the year so far. (still slow but faster than before so it’s progress!) I hope you guys enjoyed this video, let me know if you’d like to see more.
