overnight oats recipe:
1/2 cup of oats and almond milk (or coconut milk, pea milk)
1 scoop of plain yogurt (or mashed banana or chia seeds)
blueberries (or any frozen fruit of choice) + honey (or any sweetner)
Let sit overnight!
Serve cold (I pour a drop of almond milk in the jar the next morning so its nice and soft because it can get dry)
