Change Your Life & Be Happier With Manifestation - Motivation Monday. I share a little information about how to change your life & be happier through manifestation & visualisation. Years ago I used to visual my life completely unaware of what manifestation was. I have come to find that during my early 20's I lived a happier and more content life compared to the last few years where I stopped positively visualising my life. I started to become more anxious and spend my time worrying about the future and thinking everything would end up a disaster and my overall happiness dwindled. I miss feeling happy and content and I miss visualisation. I enjoy the time when I get to imagine my life the way I want and I miss how it would make me feel. I am learning to visual in a more positive way and I've already noticed a difference in my mood. I'm excited to learn this skill again and excited to get through 2018 feeling happier and more positive.

For timeline purposes, I am currently 27 and I was my most happiest from 19-23 and then 23-27 has been difficult and a struggle with anxiety. I've been working on my anxiety and I feel like Im really getting a grasp on it. I feel anxious less and less and Im enjoying life more and more and I hope to share how I did this with you.
