INGREDIENTS:
1lb ground mild sausage
5 small sweet peppers
1 carton mushrooms
1 large onion
1 Tbsp butter
12 eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup bisquik
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp oregeno
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

COOK:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake in a 9x13 pan for 40-45mins until golden brown.
