HIIT Cardio: (High Intensity Interval Training) - Burning fat in a little amount of time. Most effective and fast method to help melt fat and not loose muscle gainz!


1MIN REST IN BETWEEN EACH WORKOUT
Warm Ups: Sprints for the whole Basketball court OR for 1 min straight

Squat Jumps (Front to Back) for 1min
Split Lunge Jumps for 1min
In & Out Squat Hops for 1min
Side to Side Squat walks for 1min
Planks (Touch each of your shoulders) for 1min
Stair Jump Squats for 1min
Side stair jumps for 1min
Side Stair Leg Raises for 1min
BURNOUT: Side Leg Raises until failure 2x’s
