"Hatter" was the first eye shadow that caught my eye in the "Alice Through the Looking Glass" Collection from Urban Decay Cosmetics. I was soon reintroduced to "Hatter" in the Urban Decay Cosmetics "Full Spectrum" Palette. There's no way to wear this gorgeous, green eyeshadow and NOT be noticed. So, I hope you enjoy this makeup tutorial showcasing "Hatter" in all it's boldness. I've also paired the green with Urban Decay Vice Lipstick "Pandemonium", which is also a fan favorite! Who doesn't like a purple lipstick?
