WHAT I USED
Spice pack-
coriander
oregano
cumin
garlic
OTHER SEASONINGS (all eyeballed)
garlic powder
onion powder
celery flakes
Memephis BBQ rub
DIRECTIONS
(pre heat oven 375 degrees)
1.Rinse off your pork bone or meat of choice
2.coat the (meat of choice) with the seasoning packet or seasonings you choose
3.roughly chop onions over meat
4.break off butter pieces in pan
5.place aluminum foil onto pans
6.place pans in oven for 30 mins
7.take foil off pans and let the meat cook the rest of the way
RUTABAGA
1. Place rutabaga in boiling water until you can run a knife through or until you can peal the skin with ease
2. grab a clean pot and chop the rutabaga in the clean pot
3. place your seasonings into the pot
4. cover your veggies with water boil until the are a dark orange color (roughly 45 mins-1 hour )
