What is the #250KChallenge?
This challenge is being held by bodybuilding.com and Optimum Nutrition for the next 12 weeks. The competition is to push yourself to be the best you can be and in the end there will be one male and on female who win the cash prize. More information can be found on the bodybuilding.com website!

This video is me prepping to not eat any cheat meals for 12 WEEKS! It will be hard, but I am ready. I can only say thank you for following me and my journey. I hope I can inspire you to live with your #bestself all the time. I have been through a lot in the past year and had a lot of set backs but that will not stop me. I love to workout, and I was just not getting it in. This journey is the start of a brighter future. Let me know if you have any other video requests in the comments below!
