This is about the dangers of unforgiveness. I wanted to talk about heath, but the important aspect to start with is self help and unforgiveness. Unforgivess is a sin. Matthew 6:15 says But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
Health and unforgiveness go hand in hand. It causes sickness and pain. The stress on the heart is too much. Unforgiveness is like a poison. Unforgiveness is like a cancer, it spreads. Please be very mindful and take care of YOU. Forgive and do not hold grudges.
