Dinner: Stuffed peppers
Preheat oven to 400
On the stove cook onions and turkey with olive oil and garlic salt
When turkey is no longer pink (after 20 min about)
scoop into peppers
Place pepper with cheese on top in oven
cook until cheese is melted
Lunch: Crockpot soup (takes 6.5 to 7 hours depending on your pot)
Start with olive oil in the pot
Kidney beans
Chickpeas
Raw Chicken
diced tomato (or substitute for corn)
Cilantro
lime juice
garlic salt
cayenne pepper
Put on lid and cook low and slow
Breakfast
Cottage cheese
Pineapple
Bacon (or turkey bacon)
